Yup work is about over and I have to get more exercise. I found this site on a blog. Couch to 5-K running Plan. I'll have to look it over myself and see if I can do it. Two weeks left plus a little more.

Another Weekend

Another week has past. Learning Records #7 are turned in. Now for #8. My goal is by next Friday.
27 school days left and I have 3 sets of records to do. That is just not right!!!! Now enough of school. This weekend there is a big celebration to honor our District Supervisor. So we will be busy some of tomorrow. For now I think I'll visit some blogs!

Good Idea

I remembered seeing this job chart and thinking that would be a good way to display my Learning Record check off sheet on my desk so I could see it. And I just got another idea. I could put it in a page protector (I wasn't going to), copy it when I finish, then wipe it off! Oh it is from Sugar Pie Farmhouse (Warm Pie, Happy Home). She has really gotten fancy with her blog!!

Under the Quilt?

Wondering what was under the quilt? Surprise!! It was the 6 drawers from the desk. They had to wait for installation while the desk underwent a small overnight repair (glue and clamp job).

Now I have hidden this box with the school bags that hold materials, etc. for my weekly students 'under' the quilt. And I may put another one with completed work to store til the end of the year.

Painting the Office

My poor sewing room is being ignored and dumped in while the office is being done. See the before and after (not really after since it is not done yet) . I guess you would call it "in progress".

Today's finds: Fifty cents for a vintage tablecloth.

And three antique sewing machine cabinet drawers for a dollar. I did a little glue and clamp job so they would not come apart. They'll be for storage in the sewing room.
